Its crazy dark in LA at like 4:45. I love winter but I always forget about the total and utter darkness part. Plus now that I take public transportation, things can get sketchy. It is Downtown LA none the less.
Anyhow, so I'm on the train. Riding riding riding. There's people standing up cause it was so packed. I kept my seat cause they were all young and able like myself and should stand. But then came a really old Chinese couple so I stood up for the little old lady to sit. I do this all the time knowing that they would not acknowledge me let alone ever thanking me for giving up my seat (old Chinese people are like that) but today was DIFFERENT.
Her little old husband was like, "Thank you ma'm." like FOUR times! And when someone gave up their seat for him, he wanted to give it up to me ; ]
Its for people like him that I still do nice things. One good apple is all you need sometimes.
This is not the man, but he's cute and looks really nice just like the man I saw. |

So I've heard Ashley Madison commercials on the radio like every morning for the last few months and I'm always perplexed by the thought of it. Naturally, after months of pondering, I signed up today just to see what kind of people are on here. It's like that Match.com commerical, "It's okay to look." hahaha. I'm not looking for an affair or another person at all, I just wanted to see what kind of people go on these sites. I'm very curious.
And OMG! These guys are lucky that they have an entree at all, let alone going on this stupid site to look for side dish. You should really go on just to see what kind of douches are on here. Working in Downtown LA, you often have to park far away and catch a shuttle to work. My sister and I carpooled so we got a great spot right under the building that we work at.
In this year's carpool raffle however, we lost. We have been kicked to the parking structure 5 blocks away and forced to ride the shuttle to work.
I really took parking downstairs for granted. I miss it so much. Now I have ride in with the other rift-raft and peons. ugh. Oh, I'm a peon too. Geewhiz.
I made a new friend today. Her name is Helen. She asked me what time I normally come to work. . . I think she wants to catch the shuttle with me. . . more often. I think its cause she was mad jocking my awesome shirt.
Biggie was right.

Do not bike to and from work if you work in Downtown LA if you're timid. You might get hit by a car. I was close but no cigar or ambulance. Then when trying to start biking again after stopping at a light, I was sideways on a slight hill and almost fell out to street. Uh huh, I did what anyone would do in my state . . . I walked my bike all the way home.
Half way home going down a steep hill this cute hipster guy on a fixie threw me a peace sign while biking on the opposite side of the street like, "You okay?" and I shrugged and looked down at the bike like there was something wrong with it. hahaha. I'm glad he wasn't on my side of the street, I'd hate to have to tell him that I'm scared to ride on the street where there's cars going down hill or anywhere for that matter.
I need a helmet and some balls.
Just for a little street cred (if I'm even entitled again), I did bike to work and that was a breeze. I'm not going to try it again anytime close to the time where there will be people driving around. |

Have you ever had a hiring manager ask you if they can contact your current manager BEFORE making you an offer? Well, this beezee did and I quote, "I'm big on talking to the current manager, that's my thing." Totally nuts! My thing is knocking you out!
But I really want the job so I had to comply and my current boss was so nice about it and was totally teaching me how to sale myself. He's so nice. I felt really bad telling him that I was "looking". |

Now, I saw this a couple of times when I was a kid and LOVED it. I thought it was the happiest movie ever! I loved how she made the kids clothes out of the curtains.
A couple of days ago, it aired on ABC Family so I DVRed it. I just watched it and ummm, did you know there's Nazi stuff in and they had to run away in order to not conform to the new Nazi ways. AND the nuns effed up their car so they had to walk/runaway! This is mind blowing. I think my aunt use to cut off the movie right after they got married.
I feel so sheltered. |

I was on my way home just now and there was a fire on College between Hill and Broadway. I called 911 and was put on hold for about 3 1/2 minutes. Kind of concerning, but they finally answered and I stayed there until the fire was put out.

So I headed down to our cafeteria floor to warm up my food for lunch. I popped my food in the microwave and headed to the restroom to tinkle. I went into the stall next to the handicap stall (the big one) and sat down.
I looked to my left and there were a pair of tourquoise lace panties. ewww.
Looked a little further to the left and there were a pair of men's boots facing the wall.
The boot started to grab for the pantie. Then some giggling.
I did what I had to do, washed my hands and ran out of there.
What am I supposed to do now?
Naturally, I told my friend and then she ran in there to see.
Then she came out and we told another 2 co-workers and they went in.
And the older 1 of the 2 called security.
Security came and busted them.
One lady came out and then another lady came out. Wut???
Yup, one lipstick and one chapstick. |

I have to take them at these stupid meetings at work. So retarded.
Good news: dim sum with Asian Club for lunch. Yeah, we have an Asian Club at work. I am the Vice President. We have a total of 4 members who all serve as officers. We get together to talk about the Latinos, Whites, and Blacks once a month. All the other days, I'm with the black people talking about the Latinos and Whites.

I got a bike last month and since then I have fallen about 5 times.
With each time I got pretty badly bruised or cut.
I started taking pictures of them, only of the last 2 times, because was thinking of starting an album of them but since the sceond picture I stopped falling.
